Etruscan Majolica Shell & Seaweed. There is crazing to the glaze throughout and a few small dings around the rim and foot. No other chips, cracks or hairlines.

The spot where the pedestal attaches to the plate underneath looks odd but I believe it is just how it was made from the manufacturing process (please see the last picture for more detail).
