Antique Tiffany & Co Sterling Silver Pedestal Cake Plate Tazza Compote 8 1/2

Presented is an antique, sterling silver tazza or compote made by Tiffany & Company during the 1930s or the 1940s. The plate or dish is raised on a stout, pedestal base and it would be a wonderful cake display tray. The rim is beautifully engraved with a band of flowers and leaves. The center has a script monogram of the initials AS. The underside bears the Tiffany & Company sterling silver hallmark used between 1907 and 1947.
