19th C. English Majolica Morning Glory 10.5 pedestal cake Plate
This listing is for a lovely 19th Century English majolica cake plate on pedestal with a lovely colorful design. The center of the plate is decorated with overlapping deep green leaves with yellow edges and small pink and white morning glory flowers throughout with another in the center. The plate has a scalloped ribbed outer border with cobalt blue showing behind the edges of the leaves.
The exterior of the plate is a slightly splotched cream color. This plate is 10 and 1/2 in wide at the widest points and sits on a pedestal making it approximately 4 and 1/2 in tall. This nice plate is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws. There are two small, hairline cracks on the underside of the.
